Ballet, Tap & Jazz

Private lessons truly focus on the individual needs and skill level, and address technical areas and corrections. Specific Technique correction, resolving issues, correcting bad habits, working on specific weaknesses and to fine tune/polish proper technique.

Guitar & Ukulele

Private guitar and/or ukulele lessons will teach and practice proper fingering, picking, and strumming techniques, to learn about the instrument and its care, all while developing a solid understanding of music theory.

Piano

Piano lessons teach the basics of music and piano skills; students are taught listening skills, pitch matching, proper fingering, rhythm, movement and the development of music theory.

Drumming

The objective of private drum lessons is to enable the student to gain a greater set of technical and musical skills on the drum set, to develop a greater understanding of the role of the drum set in modern contemporary music, which is achieved through the repetitive practices of technique and coordination, as well as developing critical listening skills demanded of drummers live and in the studio.

Voice

Private voice lessons are taught with care for the developing voice with a focus on resonance breath control, intonation, development of high and low registers. Each private voice lesson is comprised of both technique and application to a song in order to hone the student’s talent and prepare them for performance.

Theatre & Acting

Private Theatre & Acting Lessons are a unique and wonderful way to engage a young actor in a one-on-one setting and have a student focus just on his or her skills. Designed to engage the young actor, students use their imagination to ground themselves in character, expand their senses while using the space, and dig deep into the circumstances that the character must live.
